Open https://www.epicgames.com/account in your browser and log in with the email you use for Fortnite.

In the left menu, click 'Password & Security'. Scroll down to the 'Two-Factor Authentication' section.

Click 'Enable Authenticator App'. Epic Games will show a QR code and a manual setup key.
